"I felt and still feel like Rihanna is so important to our culture, to pop music movement ," West declared . "I feel that she is the most important singer in pop music and has the most talent and potential to grow , for her taste level at her age and the songs she does and her style. She has the talent and the right men behind to become the most important artist of all times."
